Terms of Service
Effective date: July 12, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ZIP Extractor browser extension (“Extension”) and ZIP Extractor Pro (“Pro”) — including subscriptions and Lifetime licenses — operated by the ZIP Extractor developer (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing or using the Extension you agree to these Terms.
1. Free Tier
ZIP Extractor’s core features — opening, extracting, and creating archives; Google Drive integration; and VirusTotal BYOK file checks — are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue any free feature at any time with reasonable notice.
2. ZIP Extractor Pro
2.1 What Pro includes
ZIP Extractor Pro unlocks additional features, currently: Bulk Extract by Type, PDF Preview, and Security Scan. Pro features are available while an active subscription, Lifetime license, or free trial is in effect.
2.2 Free trial
New users may try Pro features using a unified 5-action trial, debited on each Pro action start. The trial requires no email or payment method. Once the 5 trial actions are exhausted, a paid subscription or Lifetime license is required to continue using Pro features. Trial actions that fail or are aborted are still consumed and are not refunded.
2.3 Pricing
Current pricing is displayed in the paywall UI at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice for existing subscribers. Lifetime pricing changes do not affect customers who already purchased a Lifetime license.

Lifetime is a one-time purchase that grants perpetual Pro access for as long as we offer the Extension and your license remains linked to your account. It is not a subscription, does not renew, and is not transferable. Lifetime does not guarantee that any specific Pro feature will remain unchanged forever; we may modify, replace, or discontinue Pro features with reasonable notice.
2.4 Billing
Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout (e.g. Stripe, Paddle, or the current acquirer). Billing happens through Monetize (account.zipextractor.vip). Your email address is shared with Monetize and the payment processor at the time of purchase.
2.5 Cancellation
You may cancel a Pro subscription (Monthly or Annual) at any time:
- In the Extension via Settings → Features → Pro → Manage.
- By emailing delopappz@gmail.com.
- Through your payment processor’s customer portal.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until that date. Lifetime licenses do not renew and therefore cannot be cancelled after purchase; see Refund policy below.
2.6 Refund policy
Refund requests submitted within 14 days of a charge will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at delopappz@gmail.com with your order details or submit a request through your payment processor’s support portal. We process refund requests in accordance with the applicable payment processor’s policy. Refunds are not guaranteed after 14 days of a charge. This applies to subscription charges and Lifetime purchases.
2.7 Offline grace period
The Extension allows continued Pro access for up to 72 hours after the last successful online entitlement check. After this grace period, Pro features become unavailable until connectivity is restored and your subscription or Lifetime license is confirmed.
2.8 Account
Your Pro subscription or Lifetime license is linked to an anonymous account created automatically when you first use a Pro feature, identified by a session stored in your Chrome profile’s local storage. If you clear this session or use a different Chrome profile without signing in, you may need to restore your access via Settings → Features → Pro → Refresh.
3. VirusTotal BYOK
The VirusTotal check feature is free and requires you to supply your own VirusTotal API key. We look up a file’s SHA-256 hash first; if VirusTotal has no report, the file may be uploaded from your browser for analysis (maximum 650 MB per VirusTotal’s API limits). You may also submit an archive URL for VirusTotal URL analysis. Your use of VirusTotal is subject to VirusTotal’s Terms of Service. We are not responsible for VirusTotal’s availability, accuracy, or decisions.
4. Google Drive Integration
The optional Google Drive save feature is subject to Google’s Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Google Drive’s availability or any loss of data stored on Google’s servers.
5. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or abuse the subscription/trial system.
- Sell, resell, or transfer a Pro subscription or Lifetime license to another party.
- Use the Extension to process or distribute malware, illegal content, or files you do not have the right to access.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension and Pro features are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular archive format will always be supported.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension, including loss of data or loss of revenue. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Extension shall not exceed the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Extension’s changelog or a notice in the Extension UI. Your continued use of the Extension after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer’s jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
